I've seen my vendors describe this fabric as "cashmere", and it made me giggle until I actually got my hands on it. Cashmere is a very apt description! It's not made from the hair of goats, but it feels just as soft. So leave the harsh weather of winter behind and opt for luxurious softness and bright colors instead. I think the combination of two different stripes is delightful, and I love the way the colorful balloon sleeves are mirrored in the matching V inset just below the neckline.
